How do I get a sheet metal quote from WERIX?
Send your drawings on WhatsApp (+86 136 0026 3390), by email to info@werixmetal.com, or through our online quote form. A senior engineer returns a DFM review and a line-by-line price within 24 hours — no signup required.
What files should I send for an accurate quote?
STEP or IGES for 3D geometry, plus a PDF, DWG or DXF with tolerances, material and surface finish. Flat parts are fine with a DXF. Tell us quantity, target lead time and any packaging needs — our engineers also read native SolidWorks, Inventor and Fusion 360 files.
Is WERIX a factory or a trading company?
WERIX is a direct source factory in Dongguan, China. We own the equipment and run laser cutting, bending, welding, stamping and finishing in-house — we are not a trading company or a marketplace. See the about page for the facility, certifications and team.
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum for sheet metal fabrication: a prototype run of one piece is fine, with no tooling cost. Stamping dies are a one-time investment amortized over the production run, so higher volumes lower the per-part cost. We split work into prototyping, low-volume and mass production by volume.
How fast can you deliver?
Prototypes are typically ready in 3–7 days, low-volume batches in 7–15 business days, and mass-production lead time scales with volume and tooling. Send your drawings by WhatsApp or email and we will commit to a firm date against your target.
Do you sign an NDA before I send drawings?
Yes. We sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before you upload files. Your drawings are used only to quote and build your order, are never shared with third parties, and can be deleted on request once the project closes.
What materials and finishes can you handle?
We work aluminium (5052, 6061), stainless (304, 316L), cold-rolled and galvanized steel, copper and brass, with laser cutting, bending, welding, powder coating, anodizing and electroplating. Browse the materials library for grades, tempers and thickness ranges.
Can I visit the factory or request a video audit?
Yes. We welcome on-site audits and live video calls from our Changping, Dongguan facility. Engineers are available in English and Chinese, Monday to Friday, 8:30–21:30 UTC+8. Reach us on WhatsApp or email to schedule a time.
