Intellectual Property Notice

This notice covers, without limitation:

• Website design and structure — the visual design, page layout and composition, information architecture, navigation system, interaction patterns, and the source code of the Site.
• Images, video and graphics — all photographs, product and factory photographs, illustrations, technical drawings, diagrams, charts, 3D renders, icons, animations and video material published on the Site.
• Brand names and marks — the "WERIX" and "WERIX Metal" names, together with our wordmarks, logotypes, monograms and all other brand identifiers used on the Site.
• Written content and engineering data — all text, articles, guides, data sheets, specifications, tolerance tables, calculators, cost models and other technical documentation.
• Commercial data — our pricing structures, quotation logic, supplier and customer information, and any other business information that is not generally known to the public.

The "WERIX" and "WERIX Metal" names, and the logos and brand identifiers shown on this Site, are trademarks and business identifiers of WERIX Metal Technology Co., Ltd., whether or not they are registered in any jurisdiction. Nothing on this Site grants any licence or right to use them.

Using a name, logo or identifier that is identical or confusingly similar to ours, in a way that suggests sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement, is prohibited. Third-party trademarks that may appear on this Site remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

You may view, download and print individual pages for your own internal, non-commercial reference, and you may link to our public pages. Legitimate quotation from our content is welcome, provided that WERIX Metal is clearly identified as the source and a link to the original page is included.

Any use beyond this requires our prior written permission. Requests should be addressed to info@werixmetal.com.

Without our prior written consent, you must not:

• copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any part of the Site or its content, in whole or in part;
• mirror, frame, scrape, or systematically crawl or bulk-download the Site or its content;
• remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice, watermark or attribution;
• modify, translate, or create derivative works from any part of the Site, or reverse engineer or decompile it;
• use our content, images, video, brand marks or data to train, fine-tune or otherwise develop machine-learning or artificial-intelligence models;
• use our content or brand marks in a way that is misleading or defamatory, or that falsely suggests a partnership, authorisation or endorsement;
• use automated means to submit bulk or fraudulent enquiries, or to interfere with the normal operation of the Site.

Automated access to the Site is permitted only for standard search-engine indexing that respects the directives in our robots.txt file. All other automated access — including large-scale data collection, and any use of Site content for the training or evaluation of artificial-intelligence models — requires our prior written permission.

We reserve the right to block, throttle or take legal action against automated access that does not comply with this notice.

Any use of Site content to train, fine-tune, evaluate or retrieve from artificial-intelligence models — including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) — or to compile any training, evaluation or benchmark dataset, requires our prior written permission, which we may revoke at any time. We may publish machine-readable restrictions for automated and AI access, such as an AI.txt file or extensions to our robots.txt directives.

If you believe that material on this Site infringes your rights, or if you become aware of a third party reproducing our content, images, video, brand marks or data, please notify us at info@werixmetal.com, including:

• identification of the material concerned and its URL on our Site;
• a description of the alleged infringement and where it occurred;
• your contact details, and evidence of your rights where relevant;
• a statement that the information you have provided is accurate.

We review every notice and will act on substantiated reports.

We take infringement of our intellectual property seriously and will pursue it. Where unauthorised use is identified, we may, without further notice:

• issue a formal notice of infringement and a demand for removal;
• submit takedown requests to hosting providers, platforms, marketplaces and search engines, using the applicable notice-and-takedown procedures in the relevant jurisdiction;
• preserve evidence and bring civil proceedings for an injunction, cessation of the infringing conduct, elimination of the effects of the infringement and compensation for our losses, under the Copyright Law, the Trademark Law and the Anti-Unfair Competition Law of the People's Republic of China and the tort liability provisions of the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China;
• require the infringing party to bear our reasonable costs, including legal fees, notarial fees and investigation costs;
• report the matter to the competent authorities where the conduct may constitute a criminal offence under the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China, including copyright infringement (Article 217) and counterfeiting a registered trademark (Article 213).

Where an infringement occurs outside China, we will also enforce our rights in the relevant jurisdiction, relying on the applicable national law and on international conventions, including the Berne Convention and the Paris Convention.

This notice should be read together with our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Ownership of the designs, drawings and CAD files that you submit to us for quotation or manufacturing is dealt with separately in our Terms of Service; this notice concerns the material that we publish on the Site.

The Site may link to third-party websites or embed third-party content. Those sites and materials are governed by their own terms and intellectual-property notices; such links do not imply endorsement, and we are not responsible for their content.

We may update this notice from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Technical information published on this Site — including material data sheets, tolerance tables, calculators, cost models and specifications — is provided for general reference only. It may contain inaccuracies or become out of date, and it is not a substitute for independent engineering verification or the applicable standards and codes. WERIX Metal is not liable for any loss, damage or consequential cost arising from reliance on any content published on the Site.

Drawings, CAD files, specifications and other materials that you submit to us are provided at your own risk. You represent and warrant that you have the right to submit them and that they do not infringe any third party's intellectual property or other rights. You agree to indemnify and hold WERIX Metal Technology Co., Ltd. harmless against any claim, loss, expense or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your submission or from our manufacture, quotation or use of it at your request.
