The In-House Die Shop

Stamping die fabrication — wire EDM, CNC grinding, and die tryout — happens in our own die workshop. Our standard progressive tooling is designed for 1,000,000+ strokes in typical applications — actual die lifetime varies by material, thickness, and part complexity. Because the die is built and tested on the same floor where it runs production, there is no shipping, no fitting mismatch, and no third-party finger-pointing if something needs adjustment.

Quality System: Four Stages, One Floor

  • Stage 3 — Final Inspection: dimensions verified against your drawing with precision instruments (CMM, calipers, micrometers). Tight-tolerance parts receive Zeiss CMM scanning with full GD&T validation
  • Stage 4 — Shipment Audit: packaging, labeling, surface protection, and batch traceability confirmed before dispatch

Every core process — laser cutting, punching, bending, welding, stamping, powder coating, anodizing, and assembly — runs in-house on our own equipment. For rare specialty finishing operations (e.g., hard chrome plating, electropolishing) that we do not offer in-house, your dedicated engineer coordinates the process under our QC system. This is always disclosed upfront, and you still deal with one PO and one engineer.

A trading company does not own manufacturing equipment — it sources from factories and adds a margin. WERIX owns every machine, employs every operator, and controls every production stage. Your dedicated engineer walks the same floor where your parts are made. There is no middle layer.

Yes. We welcome factory visits in person and offer live video tours for overseas clients. Our facility in Changping, Dongguan is open for audit by appointment. We also provide quality management system certification documentation, equipment lists with specifications, and sample parts with dimensional reports before you commit.
